Gut + Skin Glow Honey Mustard Dressing
Ready in less than 5 minutes, this recipe is creamy, tangy and supercharged to give your gut & skin a boost.Ingredients: (Serves 1)
2 tablespoons of plain yoghurt or sour cream15 ml of Raw Honey Probiotic Concentrate - with Marine Collagen1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar infused Raw Honey1 tablespoon of seeded mustardLemon juice, salt & pepper to taste
Method:
Add 2 generous tablespoons of yoghurt or sour cream to a dish and stir in seeded mustard, Apple Cider Vinegar with Raw Honey, Raw Honey Probiotic Concentrate with Collagen. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Drizzle over your favourite salad and enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt1 serve of Raw Honey Probiotic Concentrate - Original Flavour2 tablespoons Organic Hemp Seed infused Raw Honey1 teaspoon vanilla extract2-3 fresh strawberries, sliced1/3-1/2 cup fresh blueberries2-3 Tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes Method: In a medium bowl, stir together yogurt, probiotic concentrate, honey, and vanilla until well combined.
