Ingredients (Serves 1)1 tbsp Raw Honey Probiotic Concentrate with Hydrolysed Marine Collagen2 sliced Strawberries1 tbsp Lemon Juice200ml Soda Water1 handful of Mint Leaves Instructions Cut strawberries into thin slices. Add lemon juice, mint, 1/2 of the strawberries and Raw Honey Probiotic Concentrate with Collagen to a small dish, bruise ingredients and mix well.
