30 Day Return & Refund Policy

Incorrect or Faulty Products

We will not cancel or refund an order based on “change of mind”. In accordance with any statutory rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which cannot be excluded, we will replace or reimburse you for any product which has been delivered to you and is faulty or damaged. If you've received an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Please let us know your order number so we can locate your order easily.

Missing Products

If you have received your order and noticed an item missing, please let us know your order number and we can organise for the product to be sent through. Please let us know your order number so we can locate your order easily.

Undelivered Items

For parcels where ‘authority to leave has been selected’, either by the purchaser or where assigned by Australia Post, we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items. For undelivered items that are returned to us due to reasons outside of our control (e.g. address changes, inability to receive the order and other causes), and that are required to be redelivered, we will charge a $10 admin/processing fee and the cost of reshipping the order.

Returning products

If you need to return products as a part of your refund, our customer service team will be in contact about the process. Subject to the nature of the issue, your item needs to be unused and in the same condition of receipt, in the original packaging without breaking the tamper evident seal. In the instance of damaged or faulty products, our customer service team may request for images to help us look into the issue. To complete your return, please provide us with your order number.


Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you on the outcome of your return. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless damaged or faulty.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.


If your item was received as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping for Returns

If you need to return products, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Terms and conditions of the welcome discount offer

Once you submit your email address on our website, a 10% off code will be emailed to you. Please ensure you check your spam folder in case it was mislabelled by your mail server. To apply the welcome discount, you must enter the code provided, prior to completing your first Meluka Australia order via the Meluka Australia website. The welcome discount can be redeemed on full price items only and does not apply to gift cards or delivery fees. The welcome discount is single use only and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.

If you are experiencing any issues or difficulties redeeming the offer, please contact our friendly team at prior to placing your order and they will assist.
