Instead of having to reorder when you're running low, a subscription is an automatic recurring order that will deliver a product to you at your chosen frequency of every 30, 60 or 90 days. Depending on your chosen delivery frequency, we’ll send you a reminder with your upcoming order showing the item(s), price and expected delivery date. This will automatically be billed to your authorised payment method, unless cancelled earlier than 3 working days before the renewal date. Please note that you can skip, adjust or cancel your subscription at any time via your subscription dashboard- the link will be in your subscription confirmation email.
Once you have set up a subscription at your chosen frequency and made payment, your order will be processed and sent out on the next business day.
Cancel a subscription at any time by logging into your subscription dashboard. Simply click ‘Cancel subscription’ beside the subscription you wish to stop. Alternatively, reach out to our team at email@example.com and we can assist with cancelling or updating your subscription. Please note that if your subscription has already been processed and delivered, the cancellation will apply to the next delivery.
To update your delivery details, log in to your subscription dashboard and click on the shipping address to update this. Please ensure that it is done at least 3 working days before the order renewal date.
Log in to your subscription dashboard- you will see the option to skip an order or redirect your order by updating your shipping address.
Unless stated, please note that discount codes are not valid for subscriptions. If you have other non-subscription items in your cart, the discount code will still apply to those products.
Similar to one-off orders in our store, you will receive free shipping if your subscription value is $50 and over, per delivery cycle.
Unfortunately BNPL payments are not currently supported for subscriptions.
