Gut-boosting yoghurt cups

Looking for a quick and easy gut-boosting snack, try out these morish yoghurt cups!

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt
1 serve of Raw Honey Probiotic Concentrate - Original Flavour
2 tablespoons Organic Hemp Seed infused Raw Honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-3 fresh strawberries, sliced
1/3-1/2 cup fresh blueberries
2-3 Tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes

 

Method:

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together yogurt, probiotic concentrate, honey, and vanilla until well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture into small ramekins about 3/4 of the way.
  3. Place in the freezer for about 1 hour (until semi-firm).
  4. Scatter the strawberries and blueberries on top. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
  5. Place back in the freezer for another hour (or until the yogurt is firm).
  6. Drizzle with more honey, and enjoy!
