Looking for a quick and easy gut-boosting snack, try out these morish yoghurt cups!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups plain full-fat Greek yogurt
1 serve of Raw Honey Probiotic Concentrate - Original Flavour
2 tablespoons Organic Hemp Seed infused Raw Honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-3 fresh strawberries, sliced
1/3-1/2 cup fresh blueberries
2-3 Tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
Method:
- In a medium bowl, stir together yogurt, probiotic concentrate, honey, and vanilla until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into small ramekins about 3/4 of the way.
- Place in the freezer for about 1 hour (until semi-firm).
- Scatter the strawberries and blueberries on top. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
- Place back in the freezer for another hour (or until the yogurt is firm).
- Drizzle with more honey, and enjoy!
