Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Lupin flakes or 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp kaffir lime powder or squeeze of lime juice
- 1 tbsp Meluka Australia's Raw Honey Probiotic concentrate
- 1 serve protein powder
- Drizzle of your favourite Meluka Australia organic raw honey
Optional Toppings:
- Dark choc
- Almonds
- Strawberries
- Grapes
Method:
- Heat lupin or oats, ginger and protein powder in milk for 5 minutes or until they reach desired texture.
- Stir in Raw Honey Probioitic concentrate
- Add your preferred toppings and a drizzle of honey
