Honey Ginger Lime Porridge

  • 1/4 cup Lupin flakes or 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp kaffir lime powder or squeeze of lime juice
  • 1 tbsp Meluka Australia's Raw Honey Probiotic concentrate
  • 1 serve protein powder
  • Drizzle of your favourite Meluka Australia organic raw honey

Optional Toppings:

  • Dark choc
  • Almonds
  • Strawberries
  • Grapes


  1. Heat lupin or oats, ginger and protein powder in milk for 5 minutes or until they reach desired texture.
  2. Stir in Raw Honey Probioitic concentrate
  3. Add your preferred toppings and a drizzle of honey
