Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups raw cashews
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- Zest from 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of Meluka Australia's Native Wildflower Raw Honey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Method:
Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse until combined Transfer to bowl, cover & refrigerate for at least 1 hour Roll into balls. Sprinkle or roll the balls in shredded coconut or poppy seeds. Store in the fridge, covered for up to 1 week. Freeze to store for longer and leave in the fridge to defrost before eating."
