Easy 5-minute Hummus

Looking for a quick recipe to whip up when you have to entertain? Try our easy, 5 minute hummus, with a surprisingly tasty hit of raw honey

  • 15 oz chickpeas, drained (save 1/4 cup of liquids)
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Meluka Australia's Native Wildflower Raw Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • In a blender, combine chickpea, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and 3 tablespoons of the reserved chickpea liquids.
  • Blend on high speed until light and creamy
  • Serve with pita, crackers, or veggies!
