Autumn Salad Dressing

Who said salads have to be boring?! Try topping your autumn salad with this homemade salad dressing:

- 50ml olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of OJ
- 1 ½ tablespoons of white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
- 1 tablespoon of tea tree raw honey

Add all the above in a screw-top jar and shake until well combined.
