As the weather heats up, this is the perfect recipe to add to your rotation for a sweet, gut-boosting treat. It’s easy to prep overnight and leave in the fridge for a quick, healthy snack.
Ingredients (Makes 2)
- 400ml of cold water
- 1/2 an apple
- 1/4 pineapple
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 1 handful of strawberries
- 1 Kiwifruit
- 3 tsp of gelatine powder
- 1/4 cup of boiling water
- 30ml of Gut Starter with Hyaluronic Acid
Method
- Prepare and slice fruit into bite-sized pieces. Add into a bowl and gently mix fruit together.
- Stir gelatine into boiling water. Stir well until dissolved. Cool for 5 minutes.
- Add Gut Starter into cold water and add the gelatine mixture.
- Add fruit into a cup and pour the Gut Starter mixture over the fruit to cover.
- Leave in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
