Tasty Gut-tastic Fruit Jelly

As the weather heats up, this is the perfect recipe to add to your rotation for a sweet, gut-boosting treat. It’s easy to prep overnight and leave in the fridge for a quick, healthy snack.

Ingredients (Makes 2)

  • 400ml of cold water
  • 1/2 an apple
  • 1/4 pineapple
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 1 handful of strawberries
  • 1 Kiwifruit
  • 3 tsp of gelatine powder
  • 1/4 cup of boiling water
  • 30ml of Gut Starter with Hyaluronic Acid

Method

  • Prepare and slice fruit into bite-sized pieces. Add into a bowl and gently mix fruit together.
  • Stir gelatine into boiling water. Stir well until dissolved. Cool for 5 minutes.
  • Add Gut Starter into cold water and add the gelatine mixture.
  • Add fruit into a cup and pour the Gut Starter mixture over the fruit to cover.
  • Leave in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
