Celebrate the weekend with a gut-friendly, alcohol-free take on a bold classic cocktail, the Espresso Martini.
Ingredients (Makes 1)
- 60ml of cold black coffee
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 15ml of P3 Gut Builder
- 1 tablespoon of thickened cream
- 1 cup of ice
- Chocolate-coated coffee beans (Optional)
Method
- Add coffee, P3 Gut Builder, maple syrup, thickened cream and ice into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake for about 2 minutes or until all ingredients are well combined and frothy.
- Strain and gently pour into a glass.
- Top with chocolate-coated coffee beans and enjoy!
